By accessing or using the magicph Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or claiming a Bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the magicph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register or maintain an Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and magicph. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are a resident of the Philippines, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Use of the magicph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the period during which you hold an Account:
Age Restriction — 21+: Opening an account on behalf of a person under 21, or allowing a minor to use your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of Philippine law. magicph reserves the right to immediately close any account where it suspects underage gambling and to report the matter to PAGCOR.
To access real-money gaming on the magicph Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and active Philippine mobile number.
You agree to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your Account information at all times and to promptly notify magicph of any change in your registered details by updating your profile or contacting support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued in connection with your Account. magicph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must immediately notify magicph if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
magicph will never ask you to disclose your full password, OTP, or GCash PIN via any communication channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from magicph, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Anti-Terrorism Financing Act, magicph is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing any withdrawal and upon reaching certain transaction thresholds.
KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents, which must be current, legible, and unaltered:
magicph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including for the purposes of enhanced due diligence on large transactions or as required by PAGCOR. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by magicph will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the magicph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
magicph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank InstaPay, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. magicph does not charge a transaction fee on deposits processed via supported payment channels; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are beyond magicph's control and may be passed on to the Account holder. Deposits are credited to the Wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed and approved KYC verification. magicph targets the following processing timelines from the point at which a withdrawal request is approved: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes; InstaPay bank transfers — within 4 hours; USDT — within 24 hours. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment processor availability or regulatory review requirements.
Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method linked to the Account holder's verified identity. magicph will not process withdrawals to a third party's account or to a payment method in a name other than the Account holder's registered name. Funds that were deposited via a particular method may, at magicph's discretion, be required to be returned via the same method before an alternative withdrawal method is made available.
AML Notice: In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, magicph is required to file reports on transactions meeting applicable thresholds and to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that exhibit characteristics of potential money laundering or financing of terrorism. This may result in delays to withdrawal processing pending review.
magicph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to Account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the magicph Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active.
Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. As a general rule, wagering requirements at magicph range from 20× to 35× the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible Account holders as specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, a bonus is available once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. magicph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus if it determines that eligibility requirements were not met at the time of the claim.
Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not completed, within the validity period stated in the promotion-specific terms will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
Abuse. magicph monitors Accounts for bonus abuse, arbitrage, use of betting strategies designed to reduce risk below the level required to satisfy wagering requirements, and collusion. If magicph determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings generated from it, and suspend or close the Account.
All games available on the magicph Platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo rooms, and fishing games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or on the Platform, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Random Number Generation. All outcomes in non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by a PAGCOR-approved testing laboratory. magicph does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under the supervision of studio staff and multiple camera systems.
Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Wallet in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical malfunction during a game round, incorrect odds published due to a system error, or cancellation of a live event before the minimum required play time has been completed (as specified in sports betting rules). magicph's decision on void bets is final.
Disconnection. In the event of a network or system disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed using the data available to the game server at the time of disconnection. magicph will not be liable for losses attributable to a User's connectivity issues.
Maximum Winnings. magicph reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet win limits and maximum daily withdrawal limits. These limits will be communicated to players in the Platform's terms for specific game categories where applicable.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the magicph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR where appropriate:

All content on the magicph Platform, including but not limited to the magicph name, logo, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international intellectual property treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of magicph's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or reverse engineering any part of the Platform — is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, magicph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits magicph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including any PAGCOR-mandated player protection obligations.
magicph's aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
magicph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon Account closure for any reason, any verified remaining balance after deduction of outstanding liabilities (including any bonus-related forfeitures and processing fees) will be returned to the Account holder's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances generated through prohibited conduct, including but not limited to bonus abuse or use of multiple accounts, are subject to forfeiture.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting magicph support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 Philippine business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
magicph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines, PAGCOR's data handling requirements, and the magicph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
magicph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement authorities, and other government bodies where required by Applicable Law. Data may also be shared with approved game providers, payment processors, and identity verification service providers to the extent necessary to deliver and operate the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable statutes, regulations, and PAGCOR licensing requirements, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to magicph's internal dispute resolution process. magicph will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Formal complaints should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint."
If a dispute cannot be resolved through magicph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Complaints and Assistance Division, which has jurisdiction over licensed gaming operators in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR.
Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to bring a claim before a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where required by Applicable Law.
magicph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes that affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated to Account holders via the registered mobile number or email address no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required on shorter notice by Applicable Law or a PAGCOR directive.
Minor or administrative amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term, or updates to reflect changes in Applicable Law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and approved by the magicph Compliance team on 1 January 2026, and are effective as of that date for all new and existing Account holders. magicph operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to ongoing regulatory oversight. These Terms are binding on all Users of the Platform.
